Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped after it has been placed. An order is considered shipped once it has been handed over to our carrier and is in transit to the delivery address you provided. During peak periods and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time refers to the total transit time after your order has been handed to the carrier. This depends on several factors, most importantly your location. Typical estimates:

Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, carriers may experience delays beyond our control, affecting both transit time and tracking updates. For international shipments, unexpected customs delays may occur and can extend delivery times beyond the estimates above.
Order Changes & Accurate Delivery Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to processing delays or order cancellation. If our system flags an address issue, our customer support team will email you within 3 business days of order confirmation to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at contact@kanvell.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee adjustments after this window.
Delivery Delays
At Kanvell, we understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Examples include severe weather conditions or transportation disruptions affecting our carrier partners. In such cases, we will work closely with the carrier to facilitate prompt delivery of your parcel.
Additional unforeseen circumstances—such as product availability issues, address verification, or payment processing delays—may also extend timelines. If any issues arise that delay your shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please note that Kanvell is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors outside our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. We will, however, keep you informed about your order status and assist you in resolving any issues.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
We understand how frustrating a lost or stolen parcel can be. Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, it is outside our direct control. If your parcel is lost or stolen, please contact us at contact@kanvell.com and we will do our best to assist.
We also recommend contacting the carrier directly to open a claim. Most carriers have a formal process for lost or stolen parcels and may require additional information. We will contact the carrier on your behalf to follow up and provide updates.
Please note that Kanvell is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen in transit, and such incidents are excluded from our refund policy. Depending on the situation, if the parcel cannot be located or delivered, we may consider a replacement solution at our discretion.
In some cases, the carrier may locate and deliver the parcel. If the package remains untraceable, we recommend filing a report with the relevant authorities.
